1st Conviction (Misdemeanor Crime)
Fine of $250 to $1,000
Court Costs (this fee varies based upon the fine amount)
Imprisoned for not more than 48 hours (court may impose attendance at a victim impact panel as an alternative)
Attendance at an alcohol safety education program (e.g., DUI School)
Indefinite license suspension until completion of the alcohol safety education program
Upon completion – license eligible for reinstatement after it has been suspended for 120 days
Victim Impact Panel Presentation
May be eligible to have an interlock device placed in your vehicle in lieu of a DL suspension
2nd conviction (Misdemeanor Crime)
Fine of $600 to $1,500
Costs of Court
Imprisoned 5 days to 1 year
Community service work 10 days to 1 year

2 year license suspension
May be eligible for an Interlock Device
3rd or subsequent conviction (Felony Crime)
Fine of $2,000 to $5,000
